After sending your campaign we can generate Subscriber Activity Reports which tell you who opened your emails, and what they clicked. You can drill down even deeper to see a real-time report for each recipient's email activities: see exactly when they opened, what they clicked, and when they returned. We can generate a list of people who did not open and then send them a modified campaign.

We can also download Subscriber Activity Reports in Microsoft Excel and pass them on to your sales team to follow up.
