Cross Browser Compatibility

To ensure your website is consistent across all major browsers we cross browser test prior to uploading. We currently test for Firefox, Internet Explorer 7 and 8, Safari, Chrome, and Opera. These browsers currently make up 99% of the market share, for updated statistics visit w3schools.

Thinking ahead with CSS3 and HTML 5

The most progressive browsers such as Firefox and Safari are already HTML 5 and CSS3 compliant. The new standards introduce a fantastic range of new features including; transitions, typography, animations, advanced graphics and embedded video.

All Apple devices including iPhones and iPads come with Safari as standard, they are driving the market at the moment and are pushing other browsers to keep up. See some features demonstrated here www.apple.com/html5. At Clever Little Design we are already taking advantage of the new capabilities, if you view our sites in a compliant browser you will see some upgrades compared to older browsers. Watch out for custom fonts, drop shadows using css, rounded corners using css, slick image transistions and more...
